Description
Tired of your garden gate being left open by the postman? The Gate Spring Closer from TATE Fencing will close your gate each time after use to save you the aggravation. This self closing gate spring is available in a galvanised metal or black painted finish depending on the hanging set and existing fittings on your gate.
Follow these simple recommendations to fit your Gate Spring Closer with ease;
– For right hand hung gates, attach the top bracket to the post and the bottom bracket to the gate.
– For left hand hung gates, attach the top bracket to the gate and the bottom bracket to the post.
To adjust the Gate Spring Closer;
– Simply insert one of the metal pegs into the bottom bracket.
– Then place the tensioning bar into the top bracket and turn until you reach the right amount of tension you require.
– Lock the spring into position, using the 2nd metal peg in the top bracket.
