All Tate Fencing softwood posts are tanalised pressure treated to HC4 and can be used for a number of applications.  Gate posts ranging from 5″ x 5″ (125 x 125mm) up to 8″ x 8″ (200 x 200mm) can be used for the hanging of all gates including five bar field gates or heavy frame gates. Softwood fence posts can be used in all fencing projects ranging from post and rail, to closeboard and palisade up to pergola construction.
